摘要
针对当前高等学校图书馆年终考核中存在的种种问题以及在考核中存在的不公平等现象,应用人力资源管理理论,将绩效管理与绩效考核引入高校图书馆的年终考核中,并提出了相应的对策和措施。
In light of the existing problems and unfairness in the annual assessment in university libraries, this paper, by relying on theories of human resources management, introduces performance management and performance assessment into the annual evaluation of university libraries, and proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
