福建制鞋企业女职工权益保障状态及应对策略

The Present Situation of Rights Protection of Female Workers in the Shoe-making Enterprises in Fujian and Strategies

对福建省制鞋企业女职工在现阶段市场经济条件下劳动权益和特殊权益的保障状况进行调查,结果显示福建省制鞋企业女职工劳动权益和特殊权益总体上得到了一定的保障,但是仍然存在着一些问题需要引起关注和思考,在剖析了调查中所发现问题原因的基础上,提出了相应的对策与建议。

The Survey to the current rights protection situation of the female workers in the shoe-making enterprises in Fu-jian showed that the labor rights and special rights of the female workers in the shoe-making enterprises are protected to some extent in general. But there are still some problems being worth more consideration, and some corresponding counter-measures and suggestions are proposed based on the analysis of the causes of the problems.
