经阴道彩色多普勒超声对未破裂型异位妊娠的临床诊断价值

Clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨阴道彩色多普勒超声对未破裂型异位妊娠的临床诊断价值。方法回顾分析61例未破裂型异位妊娠患者的经阴道超声的二维图像与彩色多普勒检查结果,及手术病理结果对照。结果未破裂型异位妊娠声像图分为胚囊型与不均质包块型,多普勒检测及滋养动脉血流流速曲线,呈低阻力型,阻力指数<0.6(0.34～0.58)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对诊断未破裂型异位妊娠有重要临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the Clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy unrupture. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 61patients of ectopic pregnancy unnrupture with the results of twodimensional images and color Doppler compared with surgical and pathology. Results Images of ectopic pregnancy unrupture could be divided into two types as gastrulas and heterogeneous masses, the blood flow of trophoblast arten, could be detected by Doppler spectrum as low resistance, RI〈0.6（0.34-0.58）. Conclusion Transvaginal has important clinical value in lhe diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy unrnpture.
