彩色多普勒超声在神经外科术中的应用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在颅脑手术中的应用价值。方法术中应用彩色多普勒超声对21例术前CT、MRI所提示的病变进行检查定位,并引导对瘤体的切除及放置引流管。结果本组术中超声定位检查21例,超声显示病变的大小、部位、性质与术前CT、MRI提示相吻合,根据超声提示都能精确探及病变,并根据彩超提示尽量避开血管,能较精确的指导对颅内瘤体的切除。结论术中超声检查定位简单、有效、安全。在定位、引导手术、提高切除颅脑肿瘤的精确性等方面有临床应用价值。

Objective To assess the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the intracranial surgery, Methods Lesions in twen- ty-one patients with intracranial tumors, which were detected by computed tomography （CT） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） preoperatively, were examined by the intraoperative color Doppler ultrasound, and then ultrasound was used to guide the resection of tumors and the placement of drainage tubes, Results The group including twenty-one cases was examined by the intraoperative ultrasound. Ultrasound revealed the location and characters of the lesions, which were coincided with images of preoperative CT and MRL The intraoperative color Doppler ultrasound can locate the lesions accurately as a result to avoid the blood vessels as possible, The tumor resection guided by the ultrasound is extremely accurate. Conclusions Intraoperative localization of ultrasound in surgery is simple, effective and safe, and is of high clinical value in localization, guideance and accurate resection of the intracranial tumors.
