稠油油藏聚驱后采出液脱水用破乳剂 被引量:6

摘要 泽70断块稠油油藏实施可流动聚合物凝胶驱后,采出液脱水困难,使用一种常规聚驱后采出液破乳剂,加量1000mg/L,60℃时脱水率只有30%,脱出水含油最高达20%。研制了由30%~70%多亚乙基多胺起始嵌段聚醚,25%~65%TDI扩链的酚醛树脂起始嵌段聚醚及0.05%~2%N-乙基全氟辛基磺酰胺聚氧乙烯醚组成、干剂含量为45%~65%的水基破乳剂。给出了制备两种嵌段聚醚的原料配方。按基本配方制备的破乳剂样品,有3种在55℃下加量100mg/L时,对泽70断块混合原油样的90min脱水率分别为96.3%、958%、95.3%,脱出水清,油水界面齐;改变加量(30~150mg/L)在50℃考察脱水性能,求得最佳加量为100mg/L,此加量的3种破乳剂90min脱水率分别为96.4%、95.3%、94、2%。将有效物含量55%的第一种破乳剂投入现场试应用,加量80mg/L时脱水原油含水小于0.2%,脱出污水含油小于50mg/L。表2参1。 A flowing gel flood project was started in heavy and viscous oil blocked reservoir Ze-70, Huabei, and led to serious difficulties in oil-water separation of produced fluid by a standard demulsifier for produced fluid of postpolymerflooded reservoirs: the dehydration rate (DR) at dosage 1.0 g/L at 60℃ was as low as 30% and the oil content in separated produced water was as high as 20%. A water base demulsifier containing 45--65 % active substances, which composed of 30--70 % polyethylenepolyamine initiated blockpolyether, 25--65% phenolic resine initiated block-polyether, chain extended by TDI, and 0.05--2% N-ethyl perfloroocthyl sulfoamide polyoxyethylene, is developed and the starting materials recipes for preparing these block-polyethers are presented. Of 13 demulsifier samples prepared by using the basic recipes, 3 samples in dehydrating Ze-70's mixed crude oil at dosage 100 mg/L and at 55℃ give the highest values of DR in 90 min: 96.3%, 95.8%, and 95.3%, respectively, high quality separated water, and sharp oil/water interfaces; their optimal dosage appears to be 100 mg/g as shown in dehydrating the same crude oil at 50℃ with varying demulsifier dosage 30-150 mg/L, in which the highest values of DR in 90 min, 96.4% ,95.3%, and 94.2%, are obtained at dosage 100 mg/L. The first demulsifier, containing 55 % active substances, is chosen and put into a field trial, which leads to following results at dosage 80 mg/L: water cut of separated crude oil 〈0.2% ; oil content in separated water 〈 50 mg/L.
