摘要
随着我国高等教育大众化进程的加快,高等教育发展质量问题也成为了人们关注的焦点。探索适合我国国情的大众化高等教育发展质量观,对于科学的衡量和评价我国高等教育的发展,推动我国高等教育健康持续发展具有十分重要的意义。
As the popular course of our higher education picks up its speed, people begin to pay close attention on the quality of higher education＇s development. To investigate and study the quality view of popular higher education＇s development which is fit for our national conditions will have very important significance on measuring and evaluating the development of our higher edu- cation scientificly and pushing our higher education＇s healthy and sustained development.
