Undergraduates' Rights and It's Safeguarding Construction in University

大学生在校权利的实现,也即保障大学生的在校权利,是社会法治建设和教育事业发展实践对学校管理提出的要求。本文试从梳理明晰大学生的权利内容入手,从加强学校内部建设及管理的角度出发,阐述保障大学生权利实现的途径。

The realization of the undergraduates＇ rights in the university, which means safeguarding the undergraduates＇ rights in the university, is the requirment that proposed by the social law construction and the practice of educational career development to the school management. In this essay, the author analyzes the content of the graudates＇ rights, elucidates the ways of safeguarding the undergraduates＇ rights from the perspective of strengthening the internal construction and management of the university.
