陕西省女子足球后备人才培养现状与对策研究

Research on Present Situation of Women's Soccer Reserve Personnel Training and Countermeasure in Shaanxi Province

采用调查和访谈等方法,研究陕西省目前女子足球后备人才培养现状,发现女子青少年足球后备人才培养和发展过程中的问题,并提出相应的对策,为陕西女子足球后备人才的培养和女子足球运动水平的提高提供理论依据。

Using the method of literature, investigation and interview, the article mainly studies on the present situation of women＇ s soccer reserve personnel training in Shaanxi province, the authors find out some problems of resewe personnel training and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
