摘要
以19位运动员为试验对象,通过Kistler三维测力系统,研究在不同负荷状态下"牵拉-缩短周期"(SSC)练习中下肢肌肉活动的力学特性。结果证明,随着负荷强度(跳深高度)的增加,反弹力量和腾空时间从低位(20 cm)到适宜高度(40 cm)逐渐增加。在最高(100 cm)的高度上,与其它高度相比,制动力量增加但蹬地时间延长、腾空时间和高度降低。说明在牵拉-缩短周期活动中,下肢反弹能力并不总随负荷增加而增加。超过某一负荷,会随着牵拉负荷强度增大,弹性能力开始下降。说明在不同强度的SSC活动中神经肌肉系统有着不同的作用机制。
This article take 19 athletes as the experimental object, three dimensional passes K to measure the strength system, under the different load condition studies "Stretch-Shorting Circle" (SSC)to practice the lower limb muscle mechanics characteristic. The result proved that, (Jumpsdeep highly)the increase along with the load intensity,the resilience strength and soars the time(20 cm)to be suitable highly (40 cm) from the low position gradually to increase. Compared with other iapplies n the highest( 100 cm), the brake strength is increasing. But the pedal time is lengthensing, the soars time and altitude is reducesing. In the"Stretch-Shorting Circle"center, explaning the lower limb resilience ability certainly not to sum up along with the load increases. Surpasses some load to be able along with to pull pulls the load intensity to increase, the elastic ability starts to drop. In the different intensity SSC activity, the result prove that the nerve muscular system has the different function mechanism.
