摘要
目的探讨运动对骨质疏松血清二甲基精氨酸影响。方法3月龄雌性SD大鼠40只,大鼠腹腔麻醉开腹。对照组开腹切一小块脂肪,骨质疏松模型组开腹切除双侧卵巢。6 w后,每组随机选7只大鼠处死,取胫骨上段骨组织,观察模型复制情况。模型复制成后,随机分为3组:对照组,骨质疏松组,骨质疏松+运动(游泳)组;正常饲养6w。饲养12 w后麻醉,静脉取血。用高效液相色谱仪检测二甲基精氨酸,荧光检测器激发波长338 nm,发射波长425nm。应用脱钙骨切片观察光镜下骨形态。结果对照组骨小梁丰富,宽度适中,骨小梁分布均匀,排列规则。骨质疏松组,骨小梁变细,萎缩,分布稀疏,骨小梁数目明显减少,排列不整齐,骨小梁间距增宽。骨质疏松组二甲基精氨酸含量较对照组和运动组高。结论骨质疏松时内源性二甲基精氨酸含量升高,运动可抑制其含量升高。
This paper carried out the research on the influences of sports on the osteoporosis endogenous ADMA&DDAH hydrolyzed - enzyme. Forty female rats of three months' old were served as the subjects of the experiment, who were local anesthesia at the abdomen cavity, the authors resected a bit of fat from some of them, and resected both side of ovaries to the others in the course of comparison. Six weeks later, the authors put the death to seven of each group at random and picked a piece of bone tissue from the upside shank bone, and then observed the situation of the model copied. After copying accomplished, the authors randomly divided them into three groups: Comparison Group, Osteoporosis Group and Osteoporosis & Sport Group. From then on, the authors fed them regularly for six weeks and then killed them all and picked the arthrosis of the far end of the thighbone and the near end of the shank bone. From the observation of the selected subjects of the different groups, the authors made the conclusion that the sport activity could keep the content of ADMA&DDAH hydrolyzed- enzyme from rising.
