摘要
运用生物力学的研究方法,对我国现役的三名突破1.92 m的优秀女子跳高运动员的起跳技术进行研究,发现我国运动员普遍存在着H1的数值偏小、H3的数值偏大的缺点,部分运动员存在着起跳腿的蹬伸和摆动腿和手臂的摆动配合不合理的现象,改进蹬摆的配合和过杆的技术动作是提高成绩的关键。
Using the biological mechanics research technique, the article discovered that the athletes in our country generally have the big shortcoming which H1 value smalls H3 values and the partial athletes exist the phenomenon that the matches between pedal to extend of takeoff leg and swing of arms is tmreasonable by having a research on takeoff technique of three outstanding females high-jumper who breaks through 1.92meter in present stage in our country. Therefore, improving the pedal suspends and the pole technique is the key which enhances the result.
