摘要
西方现代生产管理方式,经历了从科学生产管理方式到行为生产管理方式再到新型生产管理方式的演变。本文从这一历史回顾中,运用AHP因素分析法,得出科学技术的创新是导致西方现代生产管理方式演变众多影响因素中最为根本的因素。结合当今科学技术的特点和科技创新的大趋势,本文还对西方现代生产管理方式的演变趋势进行了预测和分析。
Western modern management of production has evolved from science management of production to behavior management of production and to new management of production. From this retrospection, using the AHP method, we get the conclusion that technology is the basic factor to cause the evolvement of western modern management of production. Considering the tendency of science and technology, the article still forecasts the pattern of western modern management of production in the future.
