针对锭子的发展趋势,提出了现代纺纱要求锭子具有高效平稳、低耗节能、低噪声的特点。从平底锭子的特点、性能及创新点入手,并通过测定数据进行对比分析,阐述了平底流体动压轴承锭子的特点,指出该锭子是一种高效平稳、低耗节能、低噪声的新一代锭子,是一种划时代的换代产品。并从高效、节能的角度出发,提出了应用小轴承、小带盘的重要性。
