摘要
利用机械零件加工过程中控制误差的原理,并结合精磨细纱胶辊实例分析了胶辊制造误差、定位误差等,指出采用A802型磨胶辊机06部分磨夹具和顶磨方法精磨粗、细纱胶辊时存在的问题;通过建立数学模型列出了保证精磨胶辊下机达标的条件。
In reference to the theory of error control in the progress of machining operation,and in conjunction with the example of the production in fine grinding of the cot,analysis is done to the error in cot manufacturing and cot relocation. Conclusion is made that there are some problems in the progress of fine grinding of the cots both for spun yarn and roving yarn with the method of thimble grinding using the grinding tool 06 of the cot grinding machine A802. The condition for fine grinding cot making the grade is found through math matrix.
