摘要
针对高浅北区水平井均匀酸化的需要,结合该区完井方式和防砂工艺,明确了水平井均匀酸化的研究思路。通过室内研究,开发出具有转向作用的稠化酸和颗粒转向剂。形成了多级注入均匀酸化技术和暂堵均匀酸化技术。同时,结合实际情况研制了简易均匀酸化管柱,形成机械分段均匀酸化技术等。实际应用中不同技术交叉、结合使用,取得了较好的现场应用效果。并针对水平井高含水情况,提出了堵-酸结合的新思路。
Based on the necessity for homogeneous acidification of horizontal well in Gaoqianbei, and combining the completion methods and sand control technology in this area, the research methods of homogeneous acidification technology of horizontal well were determined. By laboratory study, the viscous acid and particulate diversion agent for diversion were developed, and the multilevel immission homogeneous acidification technology and temporary blocking homogeneous acidizing technique were formed. At the same time, combining the actual condition, the simple homogeneous acidification pipe string was developed and segmentation homogeneous acidification technology etc. had been come into being. In field application, the preferable effects were obtained by means of crossing and conjugating different technology. Based on high water cut condition in horizontal well, the new train of thought has suggested that combining blocking and acidizing.
