摘要
影响油气田开发产能建设项目的因素,主要有建设投资、运行成本、原油价格、原油产量。投资和成本为油气田开发产能建设的投入,价格和原油产量决定油气田开发产能建设的产出,而产量、成本等都与地质条件、油气田开发过程中的技术构成、科技创新、管理水平以及经营机制等有关。为此,根据油气田开发产量变化的阶段性,结合油气田开发成本构成和成本习性,应用经济学的边际分析原理,分别从油气田开发成本构成和成本习性角度确定了油气田开发效益产量分析模型,对油气田开发效益产量分析具有一定的指导意义。
Factors that affecting the oil /gas field productivity include development investment primarily, running cost, crude oil price, crude production rate. The investment and cost are the devotion of productivity development for the oil /gas field, the price and crude production rate decide the output of oil/gas field development. But yield, cost etc. are relation to the geologic condition, techniques form, science and technology innovation, level of management and administration mechanism during oil/gas field development. For this, based on the yield variety and combination the cost structure and the cost temperament of oil and gas fields development, the yield analytical model of oil/gas field development was developed by applying the marginal analysis principle of the economics.
