分离加重材料时离心机的自适应控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对加重材料的研究,建立数学模型,确定出分离加重材料时离心机的分离粒度;设计变频全自动闭环控制系统,根据钻井液的粘度、密度及工作时离心机的负载扭矩、振动的变化,通过实时数据采集,将其数据反馈给单片机;针对采集到的数据,用单片机中编制的C++程序进行判断,控制系统发出相应的处理指令,输出变频器频率和供浆泵流量,达到随着钻井液性能及离心机参数的变化,加重材料得到最有效分离的目的。 Through the research on the weighting material, this paper establishes mathematical model and determines the separation size of centrifuge when the centrifuge separates the weighting material. And it designs the system of frequency conversion and full automatic closed loop control. The system can feed back the data which is collected at real time to the single chip according to the viscosity and density of drilling fluid, the load torque and change of the vibration of the centrifuge when it works. Based on the data collected, the program C++ in the single chip can make a judgement, and then the control system will sent out the equivalent processing commands which will put out the frequency of the frequency converter and the volume of the change pump, then it will get the purpose that the weighting material is separated effectively according to the change of the performance of the drilling fluid and the mechanical parameters of the centrifuge.
