摘要
在企业管理中,激励机制是不可或缺的重要手段。企业建立激励机制时要坚持以人为本和公平公正的基本原则,并且把物质激励与精神激励相结合,建立多层次的激励机制,利用竞争手段,激活企业用人机制。
The incentive mechanism is an indispensable important means of enterprise management. In establishing the mechanism, we should stick to the people- centred and fair principle, combine material incentive with spiritual encouragement and establish a multi - level mechanism so that the personnel system can be invigorated by means of competition.
