玄参的生药鉴定

Pharmacognostic Identification of Scrophularia Ningpoensis

为建立玄参的生药学鉴定提供依据。从玄参的药材性状、根横切面和粉末的显微特征及薄层色谱鉴别各方面进行生药鉴定特征的研究。对玄参的显微特性鉴定表明,该玄参根横切面近圆形,后生皮层细胞微木栓化,最外层呈棕黄色,石细胞多角形、类圆形或类方形,韧皮部较窄,形成层呈环状。不同产地的同种药材色谱图基本一致,均在对照品相应位置显同样斑点,但斑点大小和色泽深浅不一。薄层色谱法结果比较直观,斑点清晰,色谱分离好,无背景干扰。其方法简便、快速,可作为玄参的质量控制方法。

The study aimed to provide the basis of establishing the harmacognosy identification of Scrophularia ningpoensis. The harmacognosy identification character of S. ningpoensis was studied on the morphological character, root transverse section and powder microscopic characteristics and thin layer chromatography （TLC） identification. 3he microscopic characteristics of S. ningpoensis were identified as that the root transverse section was subcireular, the metaderm cells were suberized thinly, the outmost layer was brown yellow, the stone cells were polygonal or like round or like square, the phloem was narrow and cambium was annular. The chromatogram maps of the same variety of drug from different production areas were consistent basically and performed same spots in the correspond positions of CK, but the areas and color shades of spots were different. The results of TLC were relatively visual and the spot was clear. The chromatography separated well, without background interference. The method was simple and rapid and could be used as quality control measure of S. ningpoensis,
