According to the status quo of pollutant discharge and accomplish of the aim of total amount coutrol of major pollutant,the problem of technology and environmental management in the Tenth-five-year-Plan period of Chongqing city were summarized Fin,ally,the author brought forward suggestion on total amount coutrol of major pollutant in Chongqing, which offerred the referrence to the environmental tasks in the Eleventh-five-year-Plan period of Chongqing.
