摘要
以粉煤灰为基本原料,成功合成了NaA型沸石。通过XRD对合成物的物相和形貌进行了分析,并将合成的NaA型沸石应用于含Cr(Ⅵ)电镀废水的吸附处理研究。结果表明,用1.67 mol/L NaOH溶液溶解过滤粉煤灰后添加铝源制备溶胶,在100℃条件下,晶化350min后可制备出单相的NaA型沸石。NaA沸石对Cr(Ⅵ)离子有快速吸附作用,NaA沸石的加入量、溶液的初始pH值、吸附时间和吸附温度对Cr(Ⅵ)离子去除率有较大影响。
The experiment in the wastewater treatment of medium-density fibreboard production with the coagulation of ZZH type was introduced in this paper. The main contents included the methed, operative sequence and principle.The optimal addition amount and reaction time were obtained. The experimental results indicated that:not only the operation of the wastewater treatment of meditan-density fibreboard production with ZZH wase simple and the wastewater removal was high efficiency but also it possessed a very good economic benefit and envirenmental benefit.
