Ⅰ和Ⅱ期头面部中线淋巴瘤与结内型非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床比较

Clinical analysis of stageⅠand Ⅱ head-facial midline lymphoma and stageⅠand Ⅱnodal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

为了探讨Ⅰ、Ⅱ期头面部中线淋巴瘤(midline lymphomas,ML)和结内型非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas,NHL)的临床特点及预后差异,选择经病理确诊的ML及结内型NHL患者共93例,均采用放射治疗或综合治疗,比较两组患者的预后。结果两组患者完全缓解率(CR)分别为67.7%和80.7%,ML2年及5年总生存率分别为74.2%和48.4%,结内型NHL2年及5年总生存率分别为90.3%和74.2%。初步研究结果提示,分期相同的头面部ML与结内型NHL的预后存在着差异,头面部ML远期疗效不如结内型NHL。

The objective of this study was to evaluate the difference on clinical characteristics and prognosis of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ head-facial midline lymphomas （ML） and stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ nodal non-Hodgkin＇s lymphomas （NHL）. The prognosis of 93 cases of ML and NHL confirmed by pathology, treated by radiotherapy alone or the combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy was compared, and the CR rate of ML and NHL were 67. 7% and 80.7% respectively. The 2- and 5-year overall survival rates were 74.2%, 48.4% and 90.3%, 74.2% respectively. In conclusion, the prognosis of ML is different from NHL＇s for the same stage, and the former＇s is lower than that of the latter.
