摘要
对青年白领的调查资料进行分析,可以发现青年白领的工作价值取向对家庭角色的建立,没有显著性影响;但家庭角色的变化,促进了青年白领对工作外在价值取向的要求,降低了其内在价值取向的要求。从性别视角来看,青年白领女性和男性在家庭角色与工作价值取向的关系中,并没有呈现显著性差异。
Based on the investigation data of the young adults under 35years old in Qingdao, Shandong province, we know that there is not significant influence of work values on family formation in the young white-collar workers' life. However, marriage and parenthood influence work values significantly. After marriage and parenthood there appear a stronger extrinsic work value and a weaker intrinsic work value. Wives and husband come to attach more importance to extrinsic rewards and less importance to intrinsic rewards. Men and women have no significant difference on this point.
