鸟苷素家族对肾脏作用的研究进展

摘要 鸟苷素家族是近年来发现的调节肠道与肾脏水和电解质分泌的激素。鸟苷素家族通过与鸟苷酸环化酶受体结合,使细胞内的环磷酸鸟苷增多,激活蛋白激酶G-Ⅱ和(或)蛋白激酶A-Ⅱ,磷酸化囊性纤维化跨膜电导调节剂氯离子通道,引起水和电解质的分泌。鸟苷素家族在一些疾病的病理生理变化中也起到重要作用。 Guanylin family are hormones discovered recently that regulate the secretion of water and electrolyte in intestine and kidney. Guanylin family binding with guanylate cyclase receptor can increase the intracellular concentration of cGMP, activate PKG- Ⅱ and/or PKA- Ⅱ , phusphorylate cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(CFTR) chloride channel, and finally induce the secretion of water and electrolyie. Guanylin family play an important role in pathophysiological process of some diseases.
