摘要 结缔组织生长因子作为转化生长因子β1的下游介质,可刺激成纤维细胞增殖、转化、迁移、黏附和细胞外基质的合成,参与多种器官纤维化。本文综述结缔组织生长因子在纤维增生性疾病中的作用。 As a downstream medium of TGF-β1, CTGF involves in many cellular processes underling fibrosis,which includes cell proliferation, adhesion, migration and the synthesis of ECM as well as fibrosis of many organs. This article reviews the effect of CTGF in fibrotic diseases.
