摘要
心力衰竭作为各种心血管疾病的终末阶段,是一个相当复杂的临床综合征。而胰岛素抵抗作为许多临床疾病联系的纽带和基础,在诸多心血管疾病乃至心力衰竭的发生发展过程中起着相当重要的作用。随着对胰岛素抵抗了解的深入,逐步认识到其在心力衰竭的演变过程中也扮演了重要角色。重点阐述胰岛素抵抗与充血性心力衰竭的关系,并希望在多种心血管疾病和胰岛素抵抗的临床治疗过程中起到一些指导作用。
Congestive heart failure is the last phase of many cardiovascular diseases, which is a very complex clinical syndrome. And insulin resistance（IR）, as the ligament and base of many clinical diseases plays an important role in the genesis and development of many cardiovascular diseases and even congestive heart failure. With deep understanding of IR, we realized gradually that it also played a very important role in the evolvement of heart failure. 331is article mainly reviews relationship between insulin resistance and congestive heart failure in order to provide some reference for the clinical therapy of many caidiovascular dieases and insulin resistance.
