急性等容性血液稀释对肾脏功能的影响

摘要 急性等容性血液稀释(ANH)作为一种血液保护措施能有效地减少手术出血和异体输血量及其带来的相关并发症,现在已经广泛应用于临床,不同程度的ANH将对机体各个脏器功能将产生不同的影响,现就其对肾功能影响的研究进展作一综述,从轻中重度3个不同程度阐述急性等容性血液稀释对肾组织氧合和肾脏血流灌注的影响以及复合控制性降压对肾脏的影响,并比较不同稀释液对肾功能的不同作用,对ANH在临床围术期中应用有一定的指导意义。 Acute normovolemic hemodilution(ANH) can reduce the quantity of hemorrhage in operation and variant blood-transfusion and their related complication respectively as a method of blood conservation. Now it has been commonly used in chnic. Different level of ANH will create different influence on organs of body. The effect of Acute normovolemic hemodilution on renal function is now being reviewed. The degree of acute normovolemic hemodilution is classified into3 levels as mild, moderate and severe hemodilution, of which effects on nephridial tissue oxygenation and perfusion of venal blood flow as well as on venal function when combined with controlled hypotension (CH)are explained .To evaluate the effects of acute normovolemic hemodilution with different dilute colloid on venal function during operation, will provide some guidance for clinical use during operation.
