摘要
微创漏斗胸矫正术(Nuss手术)是漏斗胸治疗的最新方法,具有手术操作简单、创伤小、恢复快等特点,从20世纪90年代末开始已广泛地应用于临床。文章就国内外对于Nuss手术指征的选择、患者年龄的选择、漏斗胸分型与手术的选择以及Nuss手术的术后评估进行总结,并对于Nuss手术术后矫形板移位、出血、术后感染、过敏反应等并发症及其预防进行简要综述。
Nuss operation is the newest method to treat funnelchest with ffeatures of simple operation, microinvasion, rapid recovery and so on, which has been widely used in clinic since the late 20 century. This article not only reviews Nuss operation about its selection of indication and age of patients, grouping of funnelchest and its operative selection and postoperative evaluation of Nuss operation internal and abroad, but also reviews its postoperative complications including shifting of orthopaedic plate, hemorrhage, postoperative infection, allergic response and so on as well as their prevention respectively.
