摘要
在分析医院人力资源成本管理体系构建原则的基础上,构造出医院人力资源成本管理体系,并对其各部分之间的关系进行了分析。
Based on analyzing the principles of constructing the hospital HR cost management system, this paper establishes the hospital HRcost management system, and analyzes the relationship among all parts of the system.
