摘要
结合城市10kV配电网线路电缆化改造过程中的网架结构,对配电网的各种接线方式进行分析比较,得出双电源分段联络结构的技术经济效果最好,同时提出混合线路的馈线保护应去掉重合闸功能。针对与之配套的配电网自动化方案,建议采用故障判断隔离的模型,以适应对各种馈线开关的兼容,最后还针对系统运行管理方式提出了合理化建议。
Combined with network structure in cable remoulding of urban 10kV power distribution network, the paper analyzes and compares the different types of wiring modes in distribution network. The results prove that the technical & economic effect of double-power subsection connection is best, the reclosing function of feedback protection in mixed line should be cancelled. In the light of the matched automatic scheme, it is suggested to adopt the isolation mold of fault judging for adapting to the compatibility among different types of feedback switchings. At last, reasonable suggestion is put forward to the operation & management mode of system.
