Probe into the Management of Account Receivables in Diversified Power Enterprise

分析了电力多经企业由于应收账款的不断增加,对企业的生产经营和发展产生的不良影响,以及应收账款增加的原因;提出电力多经企业应树立现代化的营销观念,对应收账款从事前、事中、事后3个阶段加强管理,力求企业的应收账款控制在合理的水平之内,使企业呈现良性化、效益最优化的发展。

The increase of account receivables in diversified power enterprise has bad influences upon the production, management of enterprise. The reason of account receivables increase is analyzed. It is proposed that diversified power enterprise should set up modem marketing concept, enhance management of account receivables in the course, beforehand and afterwards, control the account receivables within reasonable level, and make diversified power enterprise go on the track of sound progress and benefit optimization.
