关于青海省海西州乡镇机构改革(试点)的调查与思考

The Investigation and Thougth on the Village and Township Organization Reform(Expriment) in Haixi Prefecure of Qinghai Province

本文在调研的基础上对青海省海西州乡镇机构和事业站所存在的主要问题进行了分析,剖析了问题产生的原因,并就乡镇机构改革需进一步解决的问题提出了建设性的意见。

This article, on the basis of investigation and research, analyzes the extant problems in the village and township organization and institution of Haixi prefecture, points out the cause for problems and put forward the constructive suggestions on the mentioned above.
