摘要
以氧化铁粉末为研究对象,研究了复合添加剂CaCO3-SiO2以及烧结温度对粉末冶金件密度的影响规律。实验结果表明:采用325目氧化铁粉末,0.5wt%CaCO3、0.4wt%SiO2以及1240℃的烧结温度,可以获得最佳的零件密度。
The article studied on ferric oxide powder,sought the influences of powder metallurgical part density from complex ferric oxide powder graininess,additive CaCO3 - SiO2 and sintering temperature. Experiment results showed that 325 meshes ferric oxide powder ,0. 5wt% of CaCO30.4wt% of SiO2 and 1240℃ of the sintering temperature could attain the best part denaity.
