火焰原子吸收光谱法测定辣椒中的铁、锌、锰

Continuous Determination of Iron,Zinc,Manganese in Pepper by FAAS

用HNO_3+H_2O_2对样品进行湿法消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定辣椒中的Fe、Zn、Mn含量,经过多次筛选,最后确定了最佳仪器工作条件。该方法简便,精密度和灵敏度高,相对标准偏差为1.9～3.3%,回收率为86.52～94.45%。

The pepper sample treatment has been adopted by wet decomposition with HNO3 ＋ H2O2. The content of Fe, Zn, Mn in pepper is determined by atomic absorption spectrometry （FAAS）. Through screening for many times, the best work condition of treatment is assured at last. The method is simple, precise and sensitive with the relative standard deviation of 1.9 -3.3% and the recoveries of 86.52-94.45%.
