转型期中国职工体育发展对策研究

中国计划经济体制下的职工体育在市场经济浪潮的冲击下,再也难现当年辉煌。为了亿万在职职工的身体健康,做好企事业单位《全民健身计划纲要》的规划部署工作,使之能够在市场经济条件下生存发展,是摆在我们面前的重大课题。本研究依据转型期我国多种所有制企事业单位职工体育的现状,提出职工体育要摈弃企事业单位内部组织管理的单一模式,走出一条符合市场经济多元化发展的道路。

The sports of workers, under the impact of market economy, can no longer regain the splendor of the past. For the healthy conditions of Chinese workers, it is important that ＂The Plan of National Exercises and Fitness＂ be put into practice and carry on under the conditions of the market economy. This is a subject of great importance. This paper discusses the current situation of Chinese workers＇ sports in the transitional period and suggest that the single mode of separate internal management of sports event in individual organizations be abolished to expand new ways of development in keeping with the market economy.
