摘要
目的:探讨牛磺酸对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注后视网膜脂质过氧化产物丙二酰二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:以升高眼压方式造成视网膜缺血,做成高眼压模型,测定视网膜匀浆中MDA含量与SOD活性的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果:MDA含量测定各组无显著性差异(P>0.05);牛磺酸组及维生素E组SOD活性升高。结论:牛磺酸对视网膜缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective： To explore the effect of taurine on MDA and SOD. Methods： Retinal ischemia model was made by elevating intraocular pressure. The amount of the malondialdehyde（MDA） and the activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD） in the retina were determined and analyzed statistically. Results： Every group had no difference while testing MDA （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The activity of SOD have been raised in taurine - supplemented group and vitamin E group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Taurine has protective effect on rat retina ischemia -reperfusion.
