选择性环加氧酶-2抑制剂在肿瘤防治中的研究进展

摘要 介绍选择性环加氧酶(COX-2)抑制剂的研究现状,探讨肿瘤防治的新方法。选择性COX-2抑制剂用于肿瘤的防治是一种较理想的方法。选择性COX-2抑制剂用于肿瘤的防治有广阔的前景,尚有许多问题需进一步研究。 To introduce the recent study on the selective inhibitor of cyclooxygenase - 2 ( COX - 2) and to explore the new methods of prophylactico - therapeutics of tumor. The selective inhibitor of COS - 2 is a more ideal method in prophylactico - therapeutics of tumor. The selective inhibitor of COX - 2 has a wide future in the prophylactico - therapeutics of tumor, but many problems need to be solved in future.
