Core Competence Based on Supply Chain Management

随着21世纪的到来,市场竞争也已经逐渐从企业单体之间的竞争扩展为供应链与供应链之间的竞争,供应链管理与供应链管理之间的竞争。在这种形势下,打造一种基于供应链管理的企业核心竞争力就成为了企业赢得生存空间、获得高速发展并最终在激烈的国际竞争中取得胜利的有力手段之一。

The 21 century is the century of Supply Chain Management; the market competition has already expanded from competition between single corporations to competition between the Supply Chains or competition between Supply Chain Managements. Under this situation, creating a kind of Core, Competence hased on Supply Chain Management becomes one way for a corporation to win the existence space, to acquire a high-speed development and to win in the victory international competition. This thesis analyzes the conditions of creating the Core Competence based on Supply Chain Management according of the theories of the Supply Chain Management and the Core Competence. And then, the text makes a judgment about whether the Supply Chain Management can be, build into Core Competence if all those conditions have been reached.
