高等职业教育的发展,是时代的需要、社会的需要,在发展中存在诸如师资紧张、设备短缺、就业困难等问题。就业难有社会原因也有教育因素,因此,面对高职教育现状,解放思想、创新思维,设计教学、实践、谋业等教育环节提高学生就业素质,不失为解决就业难的好方法。

The development of vocational education is the requirement of this era and society. In the course of this development there are many problems, such as shortage of teachers and facilities, difficulty of employment and so on. But what essential is the problem of employment. The difficulty of employment may be caused by both society and education, so according to the present situation of vocational education, the key to solve this difficulty is to liberate ideology, innovate thought, devise teaching, practise and plan employment, and so that we can improve students employment quality.
