我国农村“留守儿童”现象的再思考

The Phenomena Analysis of Rear Children in China Rural

"留守儿童"产生的原因是多方面的,但主要与我国现行制度的不公平、农民工较低的经济收入、打工子弟学校教学质量较差和农民工子女受歧视有关。长期的"留守"生活,对儿童的人身安全、学习、品行、心理等方面都产生了诸多消极的影响。要解决农村"留守儿童"问题,需要全社会的共同关注、政府对相关政策法规的及时调整、提高农村学校的教育质量、"留守儿童"的父母加强对自己的职责认识,多管齐下,是必由之路。

Producing the reason of rear children has many ways.The current main policy is unfair for farmers with lower income and they have no time to look after their children .School children of the working poor and the quality of teaching the children of farm workers affected by discrimination five factors. Long-term rear life for the children＇s personal safety,learning,behavior and psychological aspects have had many negative effects.To resolve the rural rear children,need all social forces common ,government policies and regulations related to the timely adjustment and the development of rural schools for teaching ,the management of various improvement.
