摘要
目的建立脑血栓胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用Dikma C18(4.6×150mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(14:86);流速:1.0mL/min。检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在0.156~0、364μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;加样回收率为98.32%,RSD为0、83%(n=5)。结论该法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为控制脑血栓胶囊质量的方法。
Objective To establish a RP - HPLC method for quantitative determination of Paeoniflorn in naoxueshuan Capsules. Methods The separation was performed on Dikma C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5μm) with mobile phase of Acetonitrile and Water( 14:86) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of Paeoniflorn was 0. 156 -0. 364μg, r=0. 9999. The mean recovery was 98.32 % ,RSD 0.83 % ( n = 5). Conclusion This method is simple , accurate , sensitive and with good reproducibility.
