高效液相色谱法测定脑血栓胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorn in naoxueshuan Capsules by HPLC

目的建立脑血栓胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用Dikma C18（4．6×150mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-水（14：86）；流速：1．0mL／min。检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在0．156～0、364μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，r=0．9999；加样回收率为98．32％，RSD为0、83％（n=5）。结论该法简便、准确，灵敏度高，重现性好，可作为控制脑血栓胶囊质量的方法。

Objective To establish a RP - HPLC method for quantitative determination of Paeoniflorn in naoxueshuan Capsules. Methods The separation was performed on Dikma C18 column（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5μm） with mobile phase of Acetonitrile and Water（ 14：86） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of Paeoniflorn was 0. 156 -0. 364μg, r=0. 9999. The mean recovery was 98.32 % ,RSD 0.83 % （ n = 5）. Conclusion This method is simple , accurate , sensitive and with good reproducibility.
