急性排斥反应时移植肾组织HLA-Ⅱ的表达 被引量:2

Study on the expression of HLA-Ⅱ in allograft renal biopsies when acute rejection happened

摘要 【目的】检测肾功能异常尤其是急性排斥反应时移植肾组织内HLA-Ⅱ的表达情况。【方法】对同种异体移植肾患者在出现肾功能异常时,随时行经皮肾穿刺活检获取植肾组织,用免疫组化方法检测活检组织中HLA-Ⅱ的表达情况。【结果】53例肾移植受体因肾功能异常共行肾活检64次,其中急性排斥反应28例次,非急性排斥反应27例次,抗排斥后7 d 9例次。急性排斥反应时(AR)HLA-Ⅱ抗原在系膜细胞、肾小管上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞和炎性细胞上的表达均较非急性排斥反应(N-AR)组增加,抗排斥治疗7 d后明显下降。【结论】移植肾组织内HLA-Ⅱ类分子表达与急性排斥反应密切相关。 [Objective] To detect the expression of HLA-Ⅱ in allograft renal biopsies when acute rejection happened. [Methods] Allograft receptor's renal biopsies were taken when allograft renal disfunction. The expression of HLA-Ⅱ was detected with immuohistochemical methods. [Results] 64 samples of renal biopsy were obtained from 53 patients when allograft renal disfunction, including 28 with acute rejection, 27 with non-rejection and 9 after anti-rejection. The expression of HLA- Ⅱ antigen in membranous cells, renal tubular epithelial cells, vascular endothelial cells and inflammatory cells was increased as compared with that in non-rejection groups, it decreased significantly after anti-rejection. [Conclusions] The expression of HLA- Ⅱ antigen in grafts is associated with acute rejection.
