摘要 介绍了酶催化反应的特点及与化学反应相比较其具有的优越性以及酶催化在有机合成中的应用.尤其是在立体有机合成、不对称合成、光活性化合物的合成及有机聚合物的合成中的应用,并且展望了酶催化反应在生化合成中的前景. This article has introduced the enzyme catalytic reaction characteristic and compared the superiority with the chemical reaction and with emphasis the enzyme catalysis in the organic synthesis application,in the bodyorganic synthesis, asymmetrically synthesizes in particular, light active compound synthesis and in organic polymer synthesis application and forecast the enzyme catalysis in the biochemistry synthesis prospect.
