Straining and Macro Stress for Co Powders by High-Energy Ball Milling

摘要 用X-ray法研究了高能球磨制备Co-La2O3和Co-CeO2粉过程中Co粉的宏观应力与球磨时间的关系,两种不同晶型的稀土氧化物对Co粉的晶格应变影响不尽相同,掺La2O3的粉末球磨到23 h之前,Co粉的晶格应变,即宏观应力随球磨时间的增加而增加,但在23-47 h这段范围,宏观应力几乎不随球磨时间的增加而变化.掺CeO2的Co粉的宏观应力在研究时间范围内随球磨时间的增加几乎呈线性增加. The relationship between macro stress and milling time for Co-La203 and Co-CeO2 powders prepared by high-energy ball milling is studied using X-ray method. The influence on Co lattice strain is not the same for different crystal structures of rare earth oxide. The lattice strain and macro stress are increasing with the increasing of the milling time before 23 hours. But in the milling period of 23 -47 hours, macro stress almost does not change, with the increasing of milling time for La2 03 -doped Co powder. The macro stress almost increases with the increasing of milling time linearly for CeO2-doped Co powder.
