摘要
守添新城区的规划项目是在胡志明市的历史上具有”分水岭“意义的重大项目。100多年来．西贡河东岸上的天然半岛——寺添一直是胡志明市旧城中心区延伸扩大的潜力所在。在过去的10年里．把700万平方米的守添地区打造成集生活．工作和商业于一体的新城区的想法终于变成了现实。
The Thu Thiem New Urban Area planning project is a watershed event in the history of He Chi Minh City. For over one hundred years, the naturally formed peninsula on the eastern bank of the Saigon River - known as ＂Thu Thiem＂ - has offered the potential for expansion of He Chi Minh City＇s historic center. Within the last 10 years, the idea of developing the 700-hectare Thu Thiem site into a vibrant urban center for living, working, and commerce has become a reality.
