腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗妇科急性内出血的比较

Comparison of therapy on abdominal bleeding of gyrecology through abdominoscope and abdominal incision

目的通过对腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗妇科急性内出血的比较,为选择手术方式提供理论依据。方法将腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗妇科急性内出血患者各102例分为腹腔镜组和开腹组进行比较。结果两组出血量和手术时间的比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),而术后体温、胃肠道反应、伤口疼痛、术后住院时间比较差异有显著性。结论腹腔镜手术治疗妇科急性内出血具有探查彻底、术后无并发症、住院时间短、术后无明显疤痕等优点,具有微创、美观的治疗效果。

[Objective] To compare the therapy of gynecological acute internal hemorrhage using two methods： laparoscopic operation and abodominal section, and to study provide theoretical basis for selecting method of operation. [Methods] 102 gynecological acute internal hemorrhage cases were treated under laparoscopic operation, and another 108 patients of the same symptoms were treated with abodominal section. Indexes of the two groups were compared. [Results] There were no significant differences （P 〉0.05） in amount of bleeding and length of operation, but there were significant postoperative differences in body temperature, gastrointestinal reaction, incision pain and length of postoperative hospital stay. [Conclusion] Therapies of gynecological acute internal hemorrhage by laparoscopic operation has several advantages including： being a comprehensive analysis, having no postoperative complications, short postoperative hospital stay, no obvious postoperative scar and only mierotrauma.
