肺康宁胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

摘要 目的:评价肺康宁胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者临床疗效、肺功能、血气及远期疗效的影响。方法:将117例中医辨证属肺肾两虚证的COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组,治疗组(59例)服用具有培本宁肺功效的中药复方肺康宁胶囊,对照组(58例)服用金水宝胶囊;疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者的总疗效、肺功能、血气及远期疗效改善情况。结果:治疗组总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),低氧血症较对照组显著改善(P<0.01);治疗组患者的急性发作例数、平均发作次数和平均住院天数明显降低(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:中药复方肺康宁胶囊可以减轻COPD稳定期患者的临床症状,改善肺功能及低氧血症,具有较好的远期疗效。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of FeiKangNing(FKN) capsule on curative effects, pulmonary function, blood gas analysis and long term efficacy of patients with chronic obstructive lung disease (COPD) in stable period. Methods: One hundred and seventeen patients with COPD were randomly divied into 2 groups. The 59 patients in the treated group were given FKN capsule which had the effect of PeiBenNingFei and the 58 patients in the control group were treated with Jinshuibao capsule (JSB) alone. They were observed for the improvement of clinical curative effects, pulmonary function, hypoxemia and long term efficacy. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in the evaluation of curative effects, pulmonary function and hypoxemia. In the treated group, acute episode cases and average hospital days were fewer than the control group. Conclusion: FKN capsule can improve the patient's curative effects, pulmonary function, hypoxemia and has good long term efficacy.
