头孢美唑钠治疗老年人下呼吸道感染34例疗效分析

Effect of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection Treated with Cefmetazole in Elderly

目的：评价头孢美唑钠治疗老年人下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：用头孢美唑钠治疗34例下呼吸道感染的老年患者,2 g.d-1,疗程7-14 d。结果：临床有效率为88.2%（30/34）,细菌清除率为81.0%（17/21）,无明显不良反应。结论：头孢美唑钠治疗老年人下呼吸道感染安全、有效。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of cefmetazole in the treatment of the lower respiratory tract infection in the elderly. Methods：Thirty - four eider patients with lower respiratory tract infection had accepted the treatment of cefrnetazole. Drug was administered two times a day for 7 - 14 days, at a daily dose of 2g. Results： The overall effective rate of cefmetazole was 88.2% （30/34）. The bacterial clearance rate was 81. 0% （17/21）. No obvious adverse reactions were observed in these patients. Conclusion： Cefmetazole is an effective and safe antibacterial agent in the treatment of the lower respiratory tract infection in the elderly.
