摘要
加强能力培训已是干部培训的必然趋势。能力培训的特点是以能力为导向,以学员为中心,并与实际工作相结合。一般包括需求分析、项目设计、课程开发、组织实施和效果评估等基本环节。能力培训是个系统工程,需要统筹规划安排,应着重加强师资建设、课程开发、教材建设、培训基地建设等方面的工作。
To strengthen ability training has become the inevitable course of cadre training. Ability training features orientation towards ability, students as the center and combination with practice. Generally, it includes analysis of demand and need, design of project, development of course, complementation and evaluation of the effect. Ability training is a system engineering, which needs overall planning and arrangement, it should stress teacher construction, course developing, construction of textbooks and training base.
