摘要
从中国石化炼油继续教育中心的基本情况出发,思考了对炼化企业各层次专业技术人员培训的内容问题,归纳总结出不同层次炼油专业技术人员的培训要点,在此基础上,提出了构建中国石化炼油继续教育培训体系的设想。
Starting from the basic conditions of continuing education center in Sinopec oil refining, thought of training contents of technicians of various levels, summed up training points of oil refining technicians of various levels, on these bases, presented ideas about construction of training system of continuing education of Sinopec oil refining.
